Telling Stories That Build Communities

UNH’s intergenerational programs create powerful connections between youth and older adults, fostering mutual growth and strengthening communities. Tasked with showcasing this impactful yet often misunderstood work, we set out to tell stories that bring it to life. Through intimate interviews and vibrant footage of cooking classes, living room conversations, and civic engagement, we revealed the profound ways these programs break generational divides, reduce isolation, and create shared purpose. The result was a video campaign that not only educated but inspired, demonstrating how intergenerational work is more vital than ever in a time when people are feeling increasingly disconnected.
